    I know you said you weren’t happy with your pace but this is a damn strong start. Proud of you man. I’m running the same pace with no excuses!

      Yeah today felt really good too. Can’t beat the morning run. A lot easier than the post work attempts. Still want to go faster though! Got a 10k booked for next March. Going to try and do a few next year. Maybe a cheeky half marathon if I really get fit. How’s the fighting? You in Thailand yet?
